Artist's Comments
Though all he had left of his family were memories, Sasuke would sometimes visit the lake by his old home. He'd think of the times he stood at the dock trying to learn the Uchiha clan's fire jutsu. He would remember his father's stern glare, and his mother's gentle touch as she took care of the injuries he got from training so hard.
He always went right before dawn, so that the sight of the rising sun over the lake would remind him that while there is value in remembering the past, but we must never forget to look forward to what the future may bring.
I needed a little help with the writing. Some of you might know who I got it from. XD Ah, that place was lovely. This was taken before I ran up and threw my arms around him. Luckily, we didn't fall into the water.

Well if you would have thrown your arms around him
and fallen in the water...it would be posted on Jin's journal
no? hahahaha as an out take.
Either way Miguel is so intuned with his character. The way Sasuke would just like a moment alone...but needed someone to be there for him at the same time. I loved the writing made me remember the episode where his mother stopped and aided his burns and cuts.
